Ministries of Interior and Defence discuss joint cooperation in operational projects
Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Interior (MoI), met at the ministry's headquarters with Major General Saleh Mohammed Saleh Al Ameri, Commander of Joint Operations at the Ministry of Defence (MoD), and his accompanying delegation, to enhance existing cooperation between both sides.
The two officials discussed a number of topics of mutual interest, in addition to joint operational projects, to ensure the readiness and preparedness to face different types of risks and challenges, maintain the society’s safety and stability, and preserve the UAE national achievements in all fields.
They also explored best practices and remarkable experiences, in addition to ways to promote future cooperation and coordination.
Present at the meeting were Major General Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, Inspector General of the MoI; Major General Salem Mubarak Al Shamesi, Assistant Under-Secretary of the Ministry for Resources and Support Services; and several other high-ranking officers at the MoI and MoD.
