Heléne Bittmann, UAE Managing Director at Saab

"Today, as we celebrate Emirati Women's Day, we honour the remarkable contributions of Emirati women who continue to drive progress across all sectors, especially defence and security. Their achievements inspire us all and set a powerful example for future generations.

This year's theme, “We collaborate for tomorrow”, resonates deeply with our ongoing commitment at Saab to nurturing talent and fostering diversity within our industry. We are especially proud of our Emirati women colleagues, who continually demonstrate excellence and embody the spirit of progress that drives us forward.

Fostering diversity and inclusion has been at the core of our values at Saab. We are proud of our longstanding presence in the UAE and to have contributed to initiatives that have inspired, mentored and empowered Emirati women across STEM disciplines. Saab recognises the importance of nurturing such talent and empowers them to succeed across all areas of our industry.
