Nimr’s Proud Association with the UAE Armed Forces
The Armed Forces play a valuable and pivotal role in the history of the UAE. Day after day, brave soldiers work hard to ensure security and safety from any aggression, protect the people’s way of life and safeguard national interests in one of the most complex regions of the world.
Nimr Automotive recently joined the rest of the nation to celebrate the 41st anniversary of the unification of the UAE Armed Forces. This anniversary is an important occasion to honour the pioneering achievements of the soldiers of the Armed Forces, and the great sacrifices of martyrs, who have sacrificed precious souls for the sake of the nation.
Since its establishment Nimr Automotive has been honoured to make a modest contribution to the support of the Armed Forces, which is a source of pride and inspiration to the company. They work together with the Armed Forces in designing, developing and manufacturing the latest specialised military vehicles to meet diverse needs, protect the brave soldiers and give them superiority on the battlefield.
It was a great honour for the company to see brave soldiers aboard two of the latest Nimr vehicles during the military parade organised by the Armed Forces on the occasion of UAE National Day last December, namely AJBAN LRSOV Special Tasks Vehicle and the MRAP combat vehicle JAIS. These modern vehicles have been designed to serve the Armed Forces even in the most difficult terrain and environmental conditions, and to protect the lives of the heroes in the face of the various threats they face in the modern battlefield.
