Peli Products to Present High-performance Protection Solutions

Peli Products, a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance protective cases and advanced portable lighting systems, will showcase the Peli EZ-Click MOLLE panel system, the new 1646 Peli Air Case, as well as the versatile 7600 flashlight at Milipol Paris from 19 to 22 October.

The Peli EZ-Click MOLLE Panel is a lid organiser that can be quickly released and swapped out without tools. It’s a durable panel that uses twist-cam locks to detach from a Peli case for a swift changeout. Engineered to fit in the lid of select Peli transport case models, the EZ-Click panel is secured with swing-cam latches for rapid mounting and removal.

With rapid access to the back of the grid panel, pro-users can quickly switch out an unlimited combination of MOLLE style pouches and Velcro brand straps to organise their gear.

This quick-release system allows users to switch out their kit according to their mission. With additional panels, it can even pre-configure the gear for each job.

Providing Ample Space
The Peli Air case has been designed to cut weight without compromising durability. Peli engineers have revolutionised the protector case by reducing structural waste while preserving the company’s renowned standards of strength. In development for years, the design team challenged the status quo to add lightness in every detail. Its honeycomb structural elements are stronger than solid polymer material, and super-stiff “full box” sections have been engineered to create hollow parts.

With more than 110 litres of usable space, the new Peli Air 1646 Case is built in a long/deep form, thus providing ample room for all types of fragile and valuable equipment such as weapons, tripods, or any other kind of tactical gear. Peli’s long/deep series ensures that the days of dangerously forcing equipment into the wrong size case or leaving it unprotected with no other options are over.

Its features include maximum airline carry on size, quiet rolling stainless-steel bearing wheels, and super-light proprietary HPX² Polymer, a proprietary formula that rebounds without breaking. It also has a business card holder, an automatic purge valve, which keeps water and dust out while balancing air pressure, and a retractable extension handle.

Offering a reduction of up to 40 per cent in weight versus a standard Peli Protector Case, the Peli Air 1646 Case has a pull trolley and wheels, which facilitates users to comfortably transport their gear in the harshest environments. This case is subjected to external third-party lab testing to certify IP67 ingress protection and military standard impact, drop and extreme temperature performance.

Lighting Up Missions
The Peli 7600 is one of the best options in the industry among today’s law enforcement torches. The latest LED technology, along with its innovative features and compact design, makes it a unique companion for professionals in the field. In addition to the extreme high-performance white LED light output, a red and green LED are included. These additional colours provide values such as night vision preservation and can be used for traffic control when partnered with a slip-on wand accessory.

To personalise and fit individual needs, the 7600 provides high, strobe, medium and low modes, giving users the option to choose from five different programmes. In addition, the high-performance of the 7600 (up to 944 lumens, 15.7 cm long), a USB rechargeable lithium-ion battery and a full-time battery level indicator ensure professionals will always be able to light up their missions while knowing what the battery status is.

Peli’s tactical lights are field ready and built to withstand the hard knocks that come with the job. The lights are presented pre-focused to provide a beam of very bright central light and long-range, surrounded by one of lower intensity for better peripheral vision.

To meet the exacting requirements of ATEX directive 2014/34/EU, Peli Lights are tested to ensure that they pose no threat of ignition when operating within hazardous locations. Furthermore, using approved laboratories, the lights are tested to ensure that they will withstand rigorous impact and drop tests, severe environmental exposure and meet a minimum of IP54 water and dust ingress protection.
